My daughter and I love our panini grill maker. It turns any sandwich and/or creation into pure deliciousness. It warms up in seconds and is easy to operate. I make all our wraps and sandwiches with it. If you use it for school lunches, I recommend wrapping the sandwich in foil to prevent mushiness by lunch time. If you are not a carb lover, you can always try a grilled zucchini caprese. Have fun experimenting and please share your favorites.
