Banana Bites

What are banana bites? They are a fun way to get your kids involved in the kitchen. They include an excellent source of nutrition from all your food groups. If you use seed butter instead of nut butter, then it is an amazing option for school lunches. There are many variations that can be used in this recipe. Peanut, almond, cashew, and hazelnut butter, or sunflower and pumpkin seed butter. You can even add some rolled oats for some healthy crunch. What I love about food, is that anything goes. If you want to change it completely, how about trying cream cheese and cucumber slices.

Please share what variation is loved in your home?
