Energy balls are my favorite pick-me-up snack in the afternoon when I am feeling sluggish. I love a quick and nutritious snack that is satisfying and nourishing to help me get through the rest of my day. I have lots of variations of how I make energy balls. What I love about this recipe is that it is simple and also easily customizable. If you are a coconut lover like myself, follow the recipe as is. If not, change it up with finely chopped nuts, cacao powder, chia seeds, or drizzled chocolate.
You only need 4 ingredients for this recipe and 10 minutes of your time. You can even boost the protein content by adding a scoop of your favorite protein powder. Either way, these little energy balls are packed with nutrients that will allow your body to thrive.
