Chocolate Banana Frozen Pops

This is my new favorite summer dessert. Frozen bananas topped with chocolate and walnuts are refreshing, nutritious, and beyond satisfying. It is such a fun thing for kids to make too! My son Benjamin who is 6 years old made the entire recipe. He was very proud of himself, as was I.

The toppings for these banana pops are endless. In this recipe, I dipped the bananas in chocolate and coated them with crushed walnuts. However, you can substitute the chocolate for your favorite yogurt. As for toppings, you could drizzle with peanut butter, coconut flakes, sprinkles, crushed smarties, or dried fruit. Get creative as anything works!

I hope you enjoy this easy and delicious summer treat as much as we do.
