Cashew Dip
This recipe will be your new go to dip for all your vegetables. Also delicious on all your grains too.
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oil or fresh squeezed lemon
- Salt to taste
Soak the cashews in water for 2 hours. Or soak overnight in the refrigerator.
Rinse the cashews and add to a blender along with the oil or lemon juice, salt
Blend well and add more water (i.e. ½ cup) if you want it thinned out.
Refrigerate or Enjoy!
