boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
2
eggs
Flour of your choice
Corn flake cereal
Instructions
Prepare three plates or bowls, a) one with two whisked eggs, b) 1 cup of flour, 3) slightly crushed Corn Flake cereal
Dip the chicken strip in the egg, dust lightly with flour and then the Corn Flake cereal
Bake at 400℃ for approx. 20 minutes. Flip halfway
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces
