4-8
portobello mushroom caps
(2/burger)
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar or soy sauce
Add some spice/herbs. I like tarragon and sesame seeds
Cheese slices of your choice (mozzarella, havarti, or swiss)
Instructions
Grill/BBQ mushroom caps for approx.10 minutes (flip halfway)
Add two cheese slices in between two mushroom caps, like a burger
Enjoy as is or add a bun of your choice.
