Pumpkin Pie Spice Overnight Oats
These spices make the flavour of Overnight Oats flavourable and delicious.
- 1.5 cups rolled oats (large flakes or small)
- 3/4 cup milk/dairy free milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (we love Skyr Brand)
- 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree or pumpkin spice (2 Tbsp)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Optional Add ons: walnuts or pecans, dried and/or fresh fruit. Fresh fruit should be added in the morning
Add all ingredients in the order listed to a mason jar, shake and soak overnight.
