Crispy Baked Tofu

Best ever crispy baked tofu prepared in minutes. Amazing on its own like nuggets or add it to spiralized veggies. Will become a staple in your home as it is that good.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (350g) extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375° and line a baking tray with parchment.
  • Cut drained and pressed tofu into 1/2 inch cubes and add to a bowl. Drizzle on olive oil.
  • Combine the nutritional yeast, oat flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl and toss into the bowl with the tofu. Coat tofu well.
  • Place tofu on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, turning frequently, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.

Optional: drizzle with tahini or hummus.
