Italian Chicken Meatballs
Simple gluten-free meatballs for your family to enjoy. Made with only 6 ingredients that are found in most kitchens. Your family is going to love the flavours.

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 lb lean ground chicken
- salt to taste
- your favorite tomato sauce for topping
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients except for chicken until a paste forms.
Add your chicken and work mixture into the meat. Form meatballs using 1 tbsp at a time. Can also use a cookie scoop with a release. If the meatballs are sticking when rolling, dip your fingers in water.
Bake meatballs for 20-22minutes.
Cover with your favorite tomato sauce and enjoy.
