The most delicious flourless chocolate cake made with only 5 ingredients. This simple and chocolatey cake will be loved by all as it is gluten free and paleo friendly.
Preheat oven to 350° and grease an 8" round baking dish.
In a medium sauce pan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat.
Remove pan from the stove and stir in the chocolate chips to melt.
Once the pan has cooled off slightly, whisk in the eggs, coconut sugar, cacao powder, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into baking dish and bake in oven for approx 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. The cake will continue to cook once removed from the oven and you do not want it to dry out.
Allow the cake to cool and top with extra cacao powder.
