Microwave Cheesy Eggs

These microwave cheesy eggs are ready to eat in 2 minutes and are just as delicious and fluffy as cooking on the stovetop

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk or water
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Toppings: sliced avocado, sliced tomato, salsa, hot sauce, etc

    Instructions
     

    • Spray a 10-12 oz microwave safe dish with cooking spray or grease with oil.
    • Add eggs and milk to a dish, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until well blended.
    • Microwave mixture on high for 30 seconds, then stir edges inward. Add cheddar cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again. Continue for two more 30 second intervals. Eggs should be set at 2 minutes.
    • Serve warm and enjoy!!!
