Traditional Overnight Oats
Your family will love overnight oats. Easy to make ahead and the possibilities are numerous.
- 1.5 cups rolled oats (large flakes or small)
- 3/4 cup milk/dairy free milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2-3 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2-3 tbsp unsweetened dried fruit (we love blueberries)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sea salt optional
Add all ingredients in the order listed to a mason jar, shake and soak overnight.
Lasts 5 days refrigerated
