Baked Tortilla Chips
This snack will become your family's favorite. Great for entertaining as well. So easy to make and much healthier than the typical fried chip.

Ingredients

large tortillas (white or whole wheat)
3-4
Tbsp
olive oil (will need more with whole wheat vs white)
1/4-1/2
tsp
salt
1
tsp
paprika
1/2
tsp
rosemary
Instructions
Cut tortillas into triangles. Overlap tortillas and fold in half to speed up process.
Brush the tortillas with oil on both sides.
Mix spices in a small mixing bowl.
Place tortillas on an oiled baking tray.
Sprinkle spices on both sides of tortillas.
Bake at 375° for 5 minutes per side.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dips. I often mash a ripe avocado, sprinkle fresh lime and red pepper flakes.
