Crispy Baked Tofu
Best ever crispy baked tofu prepared in minutes. Amazing on its own like nuggets or add it to spiralized veggies. Will become a staple in your home as it is that good.
- 1 package (350g) extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375° and line a baking tray with parchment.
Cut drained and pressed tofu into 1/2 inch cubes and add to a bowl. Drizzle on olive oil.
Combine the nutritional yeast, oat flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl and toss into the bowl with the tofu. Coat tofu well.
Place tofu on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, turning frequently, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
Optional: drizzle with tahini or hummus.
