Chocolate Granola
This healthy chocolate granola is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or even a snack. Made with oats, cacao powder, flaxseeds & honey. Vegan and gluten-free.

coconut oil, melted

honey

unsweetened cacoa powder

vanilla extract

dark chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil, honey, vanilla, cacao powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until a paste forms.
Fold in the oats and flaxseeds. Mix until all the chocolate paste is coating the oats.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
Bake 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Stir gently to fold the chocolate chips into the granola.
Allow granola to cool before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. It will last for up to a month.
