Preheat oven to 350° and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until completely combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
