Overnight Oats

Mornings for me are tough for my body to get moving. I need a hot shower and gentle exercises to wake up my muscles. My kids and my husband, Darryl get breakfast on their own. My family, like most want a quick and nutritious breakfast to fuel them for their busy days. Right now, my daughter, Leah and I are experimenting with Overnight Oats as we can prepare them in seconds the night before. In the morning, all you need to do is eat them as is or add to your favorite yogurt. You can either make a big batch for the family or make them in individual mason jars. The variations are endless. Our favorite recipes are below.
