Sunflower Seed Butter
Homemade sunflower seed butter is superior to Wow Butter in taste and nutrition.
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw sunflower seed
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Roast sunflower seeds on a lined baking tray for 15 minutes at 350.
- Allow seeds to cool and transfer to a blender or processor and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until a smooth consistency. Give it some time to reach your desired consistency.
