When it comes to desserts for me, I like to make things that are not overly sweet and super simple. Almond flour is used in this recipe and is great for people who are gluten-free. Almond flour is made from ground almonds and can replace wheat flour in almost any recipe. Almond flour is filled with vitamins, like vitamin E and other antioxidants. It also contains prebiotic fiber which promotes a healthier digestive system.
This recipe is made in minutes and I am sure most of your kids can even make it independently. I am excited for you to try and let me know what you think with a comment or rating below.
