Baked Tortilla Chips

I love tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa. However, I do not feel great after I eat them. I recently discovered baking tortillas at home with my kids. So easy to make and tastes beyond delicious. They will also please a crowd when you are entertaining. Your guests will think that you worked all day in the kitchen. This recipe is also an amazing after-school snack and don’t forget to add your kid’s favorite dips to increase their nutritional intake. Mashed avocado and some fresh lime are our favorite. For those who love spice, add red pepper flakes.

Let me know if you enjoy them as much as I do.
