I love salmon. It is by far my favorite fish. It is filled with nutrition, incredibly tasty, and satisfying. I am always changing it up with how I prepare and/or marinade so I do not get bored of my favorite fish. I am confident that you will love this bright and zesty orange sauce that complements the salmon perfectly. This recipe was enjoyed by both my children and husband. It was a win-win on all accounts.

- 4 (6oz) skinless salmon fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2½ tsp fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)
- 5 Tbsp vegetable broth, divided
