Macaroni and Cheese

This recipe is a classic staple and the taste is super satisfying. You will never look back at the boxed version again.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g macaroni noodles
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions
  • While pasta is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter, then add the flour, followed by the milk and whisk until all the ingredients are combined. Add the mustard powder.
  • Slowly add the grated cheese and mix well
  • Add the cooked pasta and mix until combined well.
