Tahini Banana Bread (gf)

One Bowl Tahini Banana Bread is gluten free, high protein, and sweetened naturally with maple syrup. Enjoy this moist and delicious tahini bread with breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until completely combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

Store on the counter in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
