Macaroni and Cheese
This recipe is a classic staple and the taste is super satisfying. You will never look back at the boxed version again.
- 500 g macaroni noodles
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions
While pasta is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter, then add the flour, followed by the milk and whisk until all the ingredients are combined. Add the mustard powder.
Slowly add the grated cheese and mix well
Add the cooked pasta and mix until combined well.
