Most people love to laugh at my pantry when they see all the canned beans that I stock. I love my canned Eden beans. I add beans to my lunch salads daily. I stock all kinds of beans, so I do not get bored of one kind. When looking for canned beans, make sure they are unsalted. If not, rinse them thoroughly with water. Beans have such a powerful nutritional profile. I love them for their high protein and fibre content. They allow me to be nourished and full to tackle my afternoon.
