Who doesn’t love a childhood favorite, chicken fingers and fries? I know I do. However, I am not a fan of fried foods. I love the crunch of this meal when you bake them. I used to use Corn flake breadcrumbs. Now I use the original Corn Flake cereal and crush the flakes a touch smaller. Simple recipe to prepare and the kids can help. I hope you love them as much as we do.
