When my kids walk in from school they always ask what’s for dinner. If I say chicken, their faces drop with disappointment. However, this creation turned out incredible and we were all magically surprised. The secret to this recipe is broiling. This “best ever chicken” has become a staple in our weeknight dinners, especially when I am exhausted to cook. You can prepare in minutes and have dinner on the table in no time at all.
