I used to only eat this in restaurants. Eating at home all the time now allowed me to explore and devour this amazing and simple meal. All you need is sushi-quality fish (ask the seafood counter for this). They even dice it for me which is amazing.
Tuna also works for this meal; however, our family are more salmon lovers.

Salmon Poke Bowl
Salmon poke bowls are delicious. This is an easy way to make a complicated looking dish. The combinations are endless.
Furikake seasoning(We made this) You can also buy it dried (see below for recipe)
Furikake seasoning (Makes about 3/4 cup)
2toasted nori sheets
2tbspsesame seeds
2tspcoconut sugar
1/2tspsesame oil
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Distribute rice or quinoa into bowls. Top with the vegetables, followed by the salmon and furikake.
Pour sauce on top as well. We love a ponzu sauce. I used a low sodium version.
For the furikake seasoning, use your fingers to crumble the nori into small pieces into a bowl, then add the remaining ingredients. Will last in a sealed container in the fridge for 3 days.
