Instructions
Spray a 10-12 oz microwave safe dish with cooking spray or grease with oil.
Add eggs and milk to a dish, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until well blended.
Microwave mixture on high for 30 seconds, then stir edges inward. Add cheddar cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir again. Continue for two more 30 second intervals. Eggs should be set at 2 minutes.
